By free downloading of App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you can remote control this camera; its max. controlling distance is up to 65ft (20 meters) at an open field (remote control distance depends on environment where you are, any blockage or interference between mobile phone and camera may shorten the operation distance.)
You may use it as a Car Camcorder too - it automatically starts recording when automobile engine starts (please activate "Driving Mode" in Setup Menu before use this function; in case 180-degree Overturn Mounting is necessary for driving mode, please activate "Image Rotation Recording" in Setup Menu before mount).
It is powered by an 800mAh Li-ion rechargeable battery. After full charging, recording time is approx. from 60 min. to 90 min. (depends on which video resolution you choose. Normally, high resolution and high frame rate consume more power).
